TNHO serrated flange hex nuts and flange lock nuts integrate a hex nut, large flange and serrated anti‑slip teeth (or nylon insert) into one part, eliminating the need for separate washers and lock washers. Manufactured via cold forging for high strength and precise thread fit, they provide a larger bearing area, distribute pressure evenly, and resist loosening under vibration.
